Shipping policy

Shipping Carriers & Services

We ship via NZ Couriers, Aramex or NZ Post or Post Haste using overnight or standard services depending on your location and order size. All parcels are sent with tracking. Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Dispatch Times

Orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Timeframes

Urban deliveries: Usually arrive within 1–3 working days.
Rural deliveries: Please allow an extra 2–3 working days. 

Urban/Rural Delivery

Please select the correct method of shipping when checking out. If Urban is selected and all our courier providers deem this as Rural an invoice/payment link will be sent for the difference. This must be paid before items are dispatched. At this stage, if you wish to cancel your order a restocking fee will be charged, being 20% of order value (minus shipping).
